Can you transmit for CF/SF?
Yes.
When we e-file your 1099s through IRIS, we include the Combined Federal/State Filing (CF/SF) program for qualifying forms. The IRS then forwards each record to the participating state shown on it.
Some states also require their own filing, even if they take part in CF/SF. We don't file 1099s directly with states, so check with each state where your recipients live.
