Call for a Quote
All outsourcing options involve a custom quote based on type of filing, number of payer EINs, and number of recipients. 1099FIRE is the only company that has a personal representative review your account and provide a detailed overview of possible errors prior to e-filing.
Why do I need a custom quote?
A custom quote allows 1099Fire to determine the correct processing requirements to help you avoid costly penalties in the future. Speaking
directly to a qualified knowledgeable agent provides an extra level of reassurance when navigating the difficulties of IRS compliance.
Mailing costs range from $0.82 - $1.24 (plus postage). All
quotes are calculated based on the number of recipients.
All e-filing is done using 1099FIRE’s transmitter control code (TCC), eliminating
the hassle of obtaining an account with the IRS.
Contact our office at (480) 706-6474 to sign up today. Our staff will be happy to review your specific situation and provide the best option for compliance.
We can process ANY number of payer's and payee's for ANY form type. You do not need to purchase a copy of the software and you do not need a transmitter control code or TCC number. We can efile on your behalf using our TCC number.
We import, convert to PDF and forward you a PDF of the 1099 forms for you to review. The PDF will be set to handle duplex printing and the SSNs will be masked. The tax form will appear on one side and the payer and payee addresses on the other side of the form.
Once you approve the PDF, we print on plain paper with black ink, tri-fold so that the tax form is folded inside and the mailing addresses line up perfectly in a #10 size, 2-window envelope. We pressure seal the envelope edges and mail. Our envelopes have the text Important Tax Document Enclosed pre-printed on the outside of the envelope. We review your data before electronically filing the data to the IRS and forward the results when they arrive.
We can prepare and electronically file originals, 1-step or 2-step corrections, prior year data as well as state filings.
