Mail House Solutions - Duplex Printing
We print on both sides of a single sheet of paper. The addresses and instructions are printed on one side and the form on the other. An example of Form 1095-B is below:


The first page has the mailing addresses and is followed by the form itself. Form 1095-C is 2 pages of print. The first page is the mailing addresses and instructions and then the form itself and its continuation page. Our machines tri-fold so that the content of the form folds inward and the mailing address are shown on the outside. We stuff so that the addresses align perfectly for a 2-window, #10 size envelope which we show below:

We pressure seal the edges and mail. Duplex printing saves time and money and we use high speed printing machines.
