How to Print to PDF

You can print to PDF to convert a document to PDF format. There are many free PDF drivers on the internet and most computers have a free driver called Microsoft Print to PDF pre-installed on their computer.

To convert a form to PDF, go to File/Print in the software and select which form you want to print and hit Ok. This box will popup:



I select Microsoft Print to PDF. Click OK and then this box will display:



Choose the location of where you want to save this PDF and type in the file name. Type in the name sample.pdf (the file name can be anything you like with a PDF suffix) and save the document to the desktop (or anywhere). Then hit Save. The software will print your forms to PDF.

Burst PDF
The forms you print to PDF will be listed together in one large PDF. You can burst the PDF into individual PDFs to email to clients.
