We can print and mail any size order and validate and electronically file CA 592 to the Franchise Tax Board. You will receive a validation report before we efile giving you an opportunity to make changes.

We print using the duplex method. Form CA 592-B will be printed with black ink on one side of a blank sheet of paper and the withholding agent and recipient mailing addresses will be printed on the back side. We then tri-fold and stuff into a 2-window envelope where the withholding agent and recipient addresses line up perfectly with the envelope windows. Your data is folded inward so only the addresses will appear.

You will receive a receipt within 0-5 days letting you know the status of your file. We forward that receipt to you for your records.

Here are steps to take to have us print and mail and/or electronically file CA 592 forms on your behalf:
