How to Order Outsourcing...
Our Service Bureau can print, mail, and electronically file information returns and their transmittal summaries on your behalf. We work quickly, validate the file structure before efiling, and offer competitive pricing.
All quotes are calculated based on the number of employees.
All e-filing is done using our company's transmitter control code or TCC number. This eliminates the hassle of obtaining
an account with the IRS.

Our outsourcing process...

Upload your excel file to our secure portal.
An assigned representative will run your data through three validation processes and produce an error report of any
corrections necessary to execute the electronic filing. We post to your portal page a passcode protected PDF of your information
returns and potential errors to review. You accept or reject the PDFs and decide whether you want us to continue. If you reject
the PDFs, your portal is cleared and you upload a new excel file and we repeat this step.
We transmit electronically and forward an officel IRS confirmation receipt and any error summary report from the IRS. Printed
forms are inserted into an IRS approved envelope embossed with Important Tax Document Enclosed stamped on the outside.
Your excel file is deleted within a week after electronic filing.
We can prepare and electronically file originals, corrections for current or prior years. We can transmit state filings as
well.
