Order from the IRS Website: Visit the IRS Forms and Publications website and order the forms you need. The IRS will mail the red-ink copies to you at no charge
Keep in mind that you cannot download or print the red-ink forms from the IRS website; the official forms must be ordered or picked up directly for filing purposes.
