Using software to file information returns offers several advantages:

1. It's Secure...
Transmit your data directly to the IRS. Your recipient SSNs are confidential and our software can create and review your data on your local machine. Then log into the IRS site and upload your data directly to the IRS or to a specific state portal. Other vendors of 1099, W-2 and 1095 software have the data sent from your individual computer to their service bureau and then they transmit your data on your behalf. With our software, your data can be transmitted directly to the IRS.

2. Excel Integration...
Type your data into the software or import your data from excel (xls, xlsx). We have free, sample excel files for every information return.

3. Print...
Information returns can be printed on plain paper with black ink. Print, fold, stuff and distribute information returns by mail or hand the forms to each recipient.

4. Files are processed faster with fewer errors..
Our software does an excellent job of detecting errors before you transmit your data to the IRS. If the file status does come back as BAD, the IRS site will list the errors associated with that file. Technical support can guide you in preparing and efiling a replacement.
